The September eLitPak will be heading to your inboxes on Wednesday, so a little extra goodness to look forward to. It being Monday also means there are new covers to admire on the blog. This week Editor Denise Hill has chosen Nicole Holloway’s digital collage, It’s a Different Kind of Cold, featured on Geist #123; Michael Snyder’s photograph from his “The Queens of Queen City” longform photo documentary on the cover of the Spring/Summer 2023 issue of Virginia Quarterly Review; and Jessamyn Violet’s photograph on the cover of Breakwater Issue 34. Once you are done admiring the covers, don’t forget to read and admire the work lying between them.
